Tuition

The Crossing Prophetic School of Ministry believes that a quality spiritual education that trains individuals for serving the Lord should not cause financial debt. Many universities leave graduates with student loans. However, we believe that you should have the opportunity to receive a biblical education at an affordable rate, therefore we provide our students with cost effective options of both degree and non-degree seeking programs.

Both the degree and non-degree programs are affordable, however for those not seeking to earn a degree, but rather a certificate or advanced certificate of completion, we offer a further reduced rate. Should a student decide at a later date that they wish to pursue a degree, they would simply pay the difference in tuition rate to receive college credit for their completed coursework, prior to receiving the degree. A student may also continue taking courses at the reduced rate if they wish to remain enrolled in a non-degree seeking program and take higher level courses.

Tuition per program

  • Tuition is $4000 ($2000 per year) for the 2 year Associate in Prophetic Ministry Degree program

  • Tuition is $3000 ($1500 per year) for the 2 year Advanced Certificate in Prophetic Ministry program

  • Tuition is $2000 ($1000 per year) for the 2 year Certificate in Prophetic Ministry program

Payment Plans

Each of the three programs will require a $200 nonrefundable deposit. Students can choose any one of the three payment plans below to pay the tuition for their specific program.

  • Plan 1: Pay Per Course

    Students pay their tuition one course at a time. Payment for each course must be received by the start of that course.

    Example: Advanced Certificate in Prophetic Ministry Program ($1500 per year), Tuition is $3000

    • Year 1: $200 nonrefundable deposit is due by end of July and $260 per course is due at the start of each course

    • Year 2: $300 per course is due at the start of each course

  • Plan 2: Monthly Payments

    Students pay their tuition by the 15th of each month for 10 months. Note: Initial payment is due Aug 15th and Final payment is May 15th of each year.

    Example: Certificate in Prophetic Ministry Program ($1000 per year), Tuition is $2000

    • Year 1: $200 nonrefundable deposit is due by end of July and 10 monthly payments of $80 each will be due by the 15th of each month

    • Year 2: 10 monthly payments of $100 each will be due by the 15th of each month

  • Plan 3: Full Payment

    Students pay their tuition in one complete payment. A discount of 5% per year will be given to those who pay in full.

Example: Associate in Prophetic Ministry Degree Program ($2000 per year), Tuition is $4000

  • Year 1: $200 nonrefundable deposit is due by end of July and 1 payment of $1700 (includes 5% discount) is due by the start of the first course.

  • Year 2: 1 payment of $1900 (includes 5% discount) is due by the start of the first course

REfund policy

If a student formally withdraws from a course before the end of the 2nd week, a partial refund will be granted. Refunds will be granted based on the payment plan selected.

  • Pay Per Course: students may be eligible for a 50% refund of the course currently enrolled in.

  • Monthly Payment: students may be only eligible for refund of those payments for which they have paid in advance of the 15th of that month.

  • Full Payment: students may be eligible for refund of those courses not yet taken.

NOTE: Withdrawals during weeks 3-8 will not be eligible for a refund.

Book Costs

Book lists will be provided prior to the start of each term. Students are responsible for purchasing their own books from the merchant of their choosing including specialty Christian stores, Amazon, etc.

commencement FEE

The graduation fee covers the graduation ceremony, diploma with cover, and graduation attire.  Once the order is placed with the vendor, this fee is non-refundable. Any student who chooses not to participate in the commencement ceremony will receive his or her diploma by mail.
